Returns

You may return a product or item with proof of purchase up to 14 days after the date of purchase. All returns must have a RGA number (Return goods authorization) , be in original packaging and in new condition for a full product refund. Due to their custom nature, Special/Custom order Boat model sales  and all Boat model sales are final and not returnable/refundable (if they are refused these orders will be charged a 30% -restock fee).
