If you need to return an item, please let us know.
You may return a product with proof of purchase up to 14 days after the purchase date. To receive a full product refund, all returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, be in their original packaging, and be in new, unopened condition.
Please note the following exceptions and policies:
– Electrical Parts: Due to their nature, electrical parts cannot be returned.
– Return Shipping: We do not issue return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back after receiving an RGA number.
– Boat Models: Due to their custom nature, all boat model sales and special/custom orders are final and non-refundable. Refused deliveries on these orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
